PartyBets.com "Euro 2008 Shirt Promotion" – Terms & Conditions
1. You agree that by taking part in the PartyBets.com (the "Website") "Euro 2008 Shirt Promotion" promotion (the "Promotion"), that you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as our Terms and Conditions of Use (collectively the "Rules").
2. To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must:
1. be eighteen (18) years of age or older or the legal age of majority in your home country, state or province;
2. have not already opened a Real Money Player Account on the Gaming Service; and must
3. not be resident in a Restricted Territory.
3. In order to open a "Real Money Player Account" players must have registered on the Gaming Service to open an account and deposited a minimum of twenty-five United States Dollars (US $25.00).
4. Details of the time periods between which the Promotion runs, how to participate in the Promotion along with details of any bonuses or prizes (if applicable) (collectively "Prizes") can be found at the promo page.
5. Prizes (if awarded) will be paid into the winner’s Real Money Player Accounts within forty-eight (48) hours of the end of the Promotion.
6. Unless otherwise indicated, ‘Bonus’ PartyPoints, PartyPoints accrued through "topping" or which have been redeemed or used in any way outside of the relevant Promotion will not be counted towards such requirement and once PartyPoints have been redeemed in connection with a Promotion they may not then be reclaimed.
7. If a non-Qualifying Player takes part in the Promotion we reserve, without prejudice to any other rights under the Rules, to seek the return of any Prize from that player’s Real Money Player Account.
8. Officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents of PartyGaming or its group or one of its subsidiaries, parent or associated companies (its "Group"), or suppliers or vendors (including their advertising, printing and publicity agencies) are not permitted to open a Real Money Player Account ("Unauthorised Persons"). Relatives of Unauthorised Persons are also not permitted to open a Real Money Player Account. For the purposes of the Rules the term "Relative" shall include, but not be limited to, a spouse, partner, child or sibling of an Unauthorised Person. For the avoidance of doubt Unauthorised Persons and Relatives cannot be Qualifying Players.
9. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, or violates the Rules.
